RedAwning contacted me 3 days before our reservation to notify me that the original place was not available. The alternatives were no where near as nice as the original place I booked. When I called to discuss the matter, nothing was figured out & it wasn’t until a couple of hours before my check in time, which was two days after I called, that I received a call back. This was long after I called Keystone Resort directly and figured it out myself with them. The communication was lacking and all over the place. The place they gave us instead was not as updated and didn’t have all the amenities we requested but still had to pay the full amount. I was extremely unhappy about the situation and the way it was handled.

The condo was great, everything worked well, and it was clean, quiet, and spacious. Just like the pictures. The entrance to the parking lot is on the far from the Keystone resort, and you can only have one car in the parking lot close to the condo - other cars can be in a further lot. This was not a problem, just something to be aware of.

Great location! The place was clean. However we had difficulty getting fire starters for fireplace and firewood despite multiple phone calls and we couldn’t use the fireplace for a bit of our stay due to the fact that we couldn’t get anyone to bring us the needed fire starters. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Our original condo was cancelled one day prior to our trip. Red Awning found us a very nice condo in a good location. However, the check in was not smooth. The young man at the registration desk did his best to try and help us, but he did not know where we were supposed to go. I was provided a link with photos, but no other detailed information. Once we got to the correct place, it was very nice. There was a lot of space for our group (4 adults, 4 kids) and it was in a good location. The decor was modern and the townhome was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
