Marissa’s home was absolutely stunning! Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms just as pictured and incredibly clean. Tons of amenities, the home has everything you could need. And the views are just absolutely breathtaking out of every window. Marissa was always happy to help with any questions we had and we are so thankful we booked her home. I stayed with my sisters and Mom for a girls weekend and we loved all the comfy seating and tables for games and hanging out. We would definitely make a return trip!

The Ranch at Royal Oak is a beautiful location. It is everything and more than is in the listing. When you arrive expect to be filled with a feeling of relaxation. It easily handles the maximum number of people comfortably. The kitchen is well-appointed and ready for the most discriminating chefs (we had two in the group -- one remarked "it even has an apple corer"). The views and surroundings are spectacular. No experience is complete without the host. Marissa is easy to work with, always available, and (without hovering) takes care to make sure you have everything needed. She is fantastic. Bottom Line: Top shelf location, house and experience!

Ranch at Royal Oak is an amazing place. It is set right on the water and the back of the house faces the West and the water, making for gorgeous sunsets every night. The house is very spacious and perfect for large groups or families. We loved our stay. Marissa was very responsive and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Royal Oak. It’s just as good as the pictures show. Large rooms, beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, clean, steps from the bay, deep swimming pool, very peaceful and private. Easy to have multiple families in and not feel crowded. Well insulated maybe? We never heard people in others rooms or on other floors. It’s a lovely place to feel at home. The drive to Easton and St Michael’s is beautiful. Far away from everything to feel at peace, close enough to use door dash and instacart. Also the A/C worked great which we appreciated on especially hot and humid days. Marissa was a great host and we would def stay again.
