A detached quality & stylish gem nestled in the garden. Situated on a farm in its own grounds with a wildflower meadow, abundant nature and Cornish countryside views. Here, you can enjoy an outdoor fire pit/BBQ. A light, spacious open plan studio which is finished to a high standard and fully equipped for all your needs. Relax and unwind in front of the wood burner, or head out and explore from this centrally located property- beaches, gardens, restaurants, or camel trail all nearby. Created for two, the property is of the highest quality and both furnished and finished to a high standard throughout. This is an open plan light and bright studio space with vaulted ceiling, fully fitted chef's kitchen and spacious dining and living area. There is an ensuite shower room and also an outside shower for use after the beach, cycling or hiking. Outside of the studio is a small private garden for al fresco breakfast and taking afternoon tea and steps up to our vegetable garden with fire pit and BBQ and large wild flower meadow where guests are free to walk. The studio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural environment and beautiful rural surroundings. The property is also ideally centrally located for exploring the county of Cornwall. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and fully equipped providing both luxury and comfort whilst enjoying a stunning and central location.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, mit allem was man brauchen kann. Sehr nette Gastgeber und einen niedlichen Hund. Wunderschöne Landschaft und nette Gastgeschenke in Form von Kuchen und Eiern. Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb. Place was immaculate and really well equipped for everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a lovely location, very quiet and out of the way but not far from nice restaurants places to visit. We would 100% stay here again we were right at home. Rachel, Steve and their family were lovely hosts who were all very friendly we felt really welcomed. Thanks!

If we could give more than 5 stars for Rachel and Steve’s place then we would. From the moment we arrived Rachel was so welcoming and helpful, giving us a tour of everything. From the little touches of fresh flowers to leaving us out a fan because the weather was hot, everything was thought of from start to finish. The location was perfect, only 20 or so minutes from Polzeath and Port Issac and there are some beautiful walks close by. The grounds of the garden cottage are stunning with your own veg patch to use if you like and a wonderful fire pit to sit back and watch the stars. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you might need plus it was unbelievably clean. Thank you Rachel and Steve for such a memorable stay. If their place is available when you come to book in Cornwall do not hesitate!

Beautifully designed and furnished accommodation. Rachel and her husband were very welcoming, even left us fresh flowers , milk and eggs . The garden room has everything you could need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay , a home away from home , will definitely be back

Ideal central location to explore Cornwall. Located on a small farm in the grounds of the main home in the rural hamlet of Washaway, just 3 miles from the picturesque estuary town of Wadebridge. Stunning countryside and beautiful garden and meadow location surrounded by fields. Being in an equestrian area the farm also hosts a small horse livery. We also have a range of pet poultry. Seasonal agricultural work is part of the day to day surrounding farming community, feeding and moving livestock and harvesting crops. Access through veg garden to fire pit, bbq and rustic outdoor seating a wild flower meadow with views to Bodmin moor in the distance. Wildlife include deer, foxes, skylarks, game birds, owls and buzzards. Located off a minor B road and a 20 minute walk on country lanes or forestry track through woods to the camel trail. Equidistant between Bodmin and Wadebridge with good access to main road and routes to North & South coast, national trust properties, Eden and Heligan. Good eating pubs and restaurants 3 miles away at Wadebridge, St Tudy and St Kew.

Due to rural location a car is preferable. Off road parking adjacent to property for 1 vehicle. Easy to gain access to camel trail by bike and beautiful walking from the property.
Mainline station at Bodmin Parkway with direct services to London and the North, bus or taxi to Washaway.
