Cedar · 整套度假木屋 · 3室0床2.0卫 · 可住8人 · Quiet and Comfy 3bed/2bath - Chalet with hot tub.
Welcome to the heart of Leelanau County! Located in Cedar, Michigan, our property is 20/30 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, and some of the best beaches in the area. It's in the center of it all. Cedar has plenty of its own charm: local tavern, art gallery, market, and winery. Everything in the cottage has been hand picked to make your stay more comfortable. The chalet has modern amenities, so you can look forward to a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house is located in the Sugarloaf Chalet subdivision and is perfect for golfing, outdoor adventure, wine tasting trip, or simply a change of scenery for a remote worker. Close to Glen Arbor, the house is a perfect winter retreat. You can cross country ski and snowshoe out the back door or take advantage of the many winter trials nearby. 1600sq ft. house with functional space and furniture. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Enjoy new, modern furniture, a super comfortable bed and couch. Large table with plenty of space for dining. A dedicated desk in the loft for working remotely. Huge bathrooms with shower and tub. The hot tub is available for winter only. Well appointed kitchen with stove, microwave and all of the dishes and cookware you need. Walk right out the slide door to your private patio. This house is comfy and cozy all year long. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout.
Beautifully renovated up north cabin. The natural wood interior is delightful, the space clean, and the amenities excellent.
Exactly as listed. Super peaceful and a great central location to explore all of the Leelanau Peninsula!
We loved the chalet! There was a beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood. We used the hot tub frequently and the wood stove at night. It was close to Suttons bay and the wineries. It was great that it was dog friendly too. Manvinder was very responsive and flexible! Would highly recommend. (I wish the cleaning fee was a bit less as it really brought up our total price for the weekend)
Great, dog-friendly place in an awesome location! Very cozy and the hot tub is an extra bonus! Would definitely stay again!
Staying at Nick's place was a great treat. Although only two of us stayed at this large chalet it still felt cozy and warm. The interior is very well designed. Space heaters were available to make the bedroom nice and toasty. The backyard was large and you could get a full view of the nights sky at the end of the yard where no trees obstruct the view. The wood stove fireplace was very nice to use and really made the atmosphere warm and delightful. The beds are on the firmer side, so if you like soft beds you might not enjoy the master bedroom king bed. Some of the reasons why I didn't give a five star review and really considered a three star were: 1) The water is well water. It actually has a very strong smell of sulfur. If you plan to cook anything that needs water bring your own water for cooking. Additionally, if you want to drink water you'll need to bring water with you. When you shower the smell sticks to your clothes after drying off. I'd suggest they invest in a water softener/filtration system or make it abundantly clear as to the quality of water on the listing. 2) The hot tub. If you plan on using it you need to prepare well in advance. Turn it on early and get the water hot. I turned it on 4 hours before I intended to use it and the water was only 80 degrees. The water in the hot tub had a very subtle green in it. I'm assuming because its well water. 3) The cleaning fee, my trip cost 150/night for 2 nights. On top of that a 275 dollar cleaning fee. Total just under $700 for 2 nights. There are instructions in the house for checking out they want you to follow, which includes taking out the trash, making sure the dishes are put away, etc etc. We followed the instructions. For 275 dollars on a cleaning fee, that just seems very unreasonable. I even spent 30 minutes to clear up the leaves from the back deck with a broom so that we could use the hot tub. I wear white socks indoors and the bottoms of my socks were dirty just by walking around the place. If you want to charge a cleaning fee equivalent to the price to stay for 2 nights then the place should be spotless coming in.
