Clean, spacious and nicely furnished house! The screened porch is absolutely fantastic for early morning coffees and late night drinks! Abbie was very responsive and helpful! We had a great time!

First thing: DO NOT use Waze for directions to get to this property. You will end up on a segment of road blocked by a giant boulder! Instead, be sure you have clear directions from the host. Once you get there, you will find a comfortable home with room to spread out. We had 4 adults and 2 young kids, and there was ample space for games, TV, reading and a jigsaw puzzle, plus one indoor dining table and another on the screened porch. The large lawn worked well for wiffle ball, and the kitchen had enough storage for all our groceries. And the beaches on Chappy are terrific, with no crowds and easy parking. Our host, Abbie, was very accommodating, and even bought beach chairs after we asked whether to bring our own. We might have preferred a bit more communication about house rules and features, but we we mostly figured things out for ourselves. Overall, a great experience! We would not hesitate to recommend this house to others who are looking for a great stay in Chappy.i

This is an awesome home. Our favorite aspects include: screened in porch with big table for meals, great kitchen, lots of reading and hanging out nooks, comfy beds and linens, hot showers with great water pressure including the outside shower, true walking distance to amazing beaches and hiking trails, quiet and dark skies at night for star gazing. Abbie was very welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend.

This is a beautiful well-appointed house that worked perfectly for five adults and a toddler! The screened porch is fabulous. The layout of downstairs works really well balancing openness with great seating and nooks for reading and movie watching. It is a short walk from many hiking trails, and a short drive to breathtaking beaches. Next time we'll take more advantage of the nearby hiking and the frisbie golf set up in the yard!
