My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway for the week, and Sunjammer 244 fit the bill perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here in the future.

Overall a GREAT place to stay! Right over the dunes to the beach, in a quiet, mostly private area. House could use a little updating and a little better cleaning in between people, we had some beer cans found by a 4 year old under the couch. We also ended up in the house during tropical storm Ophelia, and the vents above the living/dining area were leaking. BUT overall great place to stay!

We had a lovely time at the Sunjammer and found it to be the perfect place for a family beach vacation. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking (however only two dishwasher pods were left for a one week stay). The AC worked well as did the washer and dryer. The couch was lumpy and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. It wouldn’t be comfortable for older guests. We found the beds to be comfortable and slept well. Some prior reviews noted mold in the bathroom and bugs, but we didn’t not see any. You can watch morning sunrises from the upper deck and are a very short walk to the beach! Great price for an oceanfront property!

Property could def use some maintenance/cleaning/pest control. Hot tub cover clips broken, broken deck furniture, mold in shower, carpet/couch stains. We also saw a massive cockroach walking around on the top floor our last night. AC did not work well. Was set at 72 the whole time, but made it up past 80 a few nights making it cooler outside than inside. The shared pool for this property is a 20 min drive away. Unsure if this was mentioned on the listing or if we missed it, as this was our first AirBNB experience. The neighborhood is nice and quiet/clean. No issues with noise or neighbors. Overall the property was ok. It was not awful, but not great. I do not believe it to be worth what we paid, including the fact that we are paid a cleaning fee yet we were expected to clean the property prior to leaving.

Broken chair on deck along with warped picnic table. Hardly a beach view. Broken chairs in kitchen. Sofa is super uncomfortable, hit the bar when sitting and cushions slide out. Jack and Jill bathroom shower is hardly any room for the standard adult to move in. Mold in the ceiling in the hall bath. Mold on shower curtains. You pay a cleaning fee, but you are made to not only take off all the linens and gather towels, which is fine, but to have to vacuum and sweep the house? What’s the point in a cleaning fee. Also, if check in is literally 5PM in the evening. Half the chores are already done, why is it almost all day before you can get in, yet expected to get out first thing in the AM at 10! Overall, just not what I thought or what I expected for the price paid.
