The rental was listed as “New” so when we booked, our expectation was that it would be freshly updated. However, the place was clean but very much in need of updates such has new carpet, it is very old stained and very worn in places. Also in areas where carpet meets the tiled areas, there is a trip and fall risk due to it being so uneven.Anyone could easily stub a toe where it is tile when entering the kitchen. The kitchen amenities were they were very old and mismatched. There were very few teaspoons and no plastic outdoor type glasses. Your website shows the balcony all set to enjoy a nice outdoor experience, which we did not find to use. I would also suggest that they provide a first aid kit as most rentals do. The basic essentials were there, however we have rented in that complex many times in the past, and they were very nice and adequately supplied. The bed was uncomfortable, with sheets that don’t fit because of a mattress topper, and the pillows were horrible.

Great stay, we requested to check in early and they made it happen. Property was clean and comfortable! There was no beach umbrella so we purchased one at Costco and left it for future renters. Enjoy!!

The view from this condo is great! The condo was as described with a well-stocked kitchen. At the beginning of our stay, we had an issue with WiFi access. It turned out the service in the complex was being changed to Spectrum and with a quick call, access was restored.
