Welcome to CASA NIM, a unique contemporary design house in the middle of the mountains of Ocotitlán - Tepoztlán where you will be able to relax and enjoy every designed detail of the space this magical place immersed in nature. This beautiful residence is perfect for a relaxed luxury getaway in the middle of nature. Constructed of rammed earth, concrete, and wood experience the peaceful nature surrounding it through immersive views of nature from all the interiors of the house, and find places to relax outdoors in the heated pool and the gardens of the house. CASA NIM is divided into 3 buildings; THE SALON, THE SUITE (connected through a bridge to the salon), and THE ESTUDIO completely independent from the other two buildings. All of the house is powered by solar panels (you'll have electricity day and night) and has very fast internet through Starlink (the satelital internet designed by Tesla - Space X). THE SALON is the main building unifying the residence. Constructed on two floors the building is located in front of the pool and the vegetable patch. The lower level has a fully equipped / open kitchen an indoor and outdoor dining table, and an open-floor living room with a bathroom. The upper floor has two identical queen bedrooms with private terraces, closets, and motorized curtains. A beautiful shared full bathroom soaked in natural light and a multipurpose open space area designed with a 4K cinema room (Xbox, Netflix, Disney, Apple, and others) with Dolby Atmos (spatial audio) sound and a third terrace. During the day enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains on its immersive windows, relax with a book, or use the stationary bike in the room. THE SUITE is the ultimate luxury room of CASA NIM. Designed with an ergonomic king bed, private terrace, walk-in closet, and private living room with motorized curtains, this beautiful room with rammed earth and wood has a two-shower bathroom and a private jacuzzi (solar heated, with gas/boiler, it has an extra cost)with garden views to relax and enjoy the tranquility of this place. This independent building is connected through a bridge to THE SALON and also has separate access through the garden. To stay here you can either rent it along with the SALON to have full access to the kitchen and cinema room. It is also available to be rented solo. THE ESTUDIO It’s a completely independent one-bedroom house designed with two rammed earth walls. This beautiful calm house has an open kitchen and living room with a 40" TV (Netflix, Disney, Apple, and others) with mountain and garden views, along with a queen room with a private garden and motorized curtains, a bathroom equipped with closet, bathtub and a shower overlooking nature. *In CASA NIM we offer different combinations to rent the whole property with the 3 buildings (4 bedrooms, jacuzzi, cinema room, and bathtub ) and to rent separate combinations of either 1 or 2 of the separate buildings that compose the residence. Regardless of your selection you will have access to the heated pool (solar heated, with gas/boiler, it has an extra cost), and the gardens and will be able to enjoy the most relaxing visit with full privacy in the 3 separate buildings. *The pool is made of concrete and is naturally textured so that it has a turquoise color. The color it gives to the water is part of the design. It works with salt instead of chlorine to protect the environment. * The house is constructed in a very safe neighborhood but please consider this is the mountain and the last part of the road to get here is not paved but accessible by car. * The phone signal is very weak/unavailable in this area, but the Starlink satellite internet works perfectly in all CASA NIM areas. * Remember that when you visit CASA NIM, you will be visiting an isolated mountain area where you will be in contact with nature. That implies being in contact with plants, bugs, and any other situation related to being in the wilderness. Although we do clean and try to avoid any insects inside the buildings. *The property has cyclonic mesh and barbed wire for security and security cameras only outdoors. *On the property 3 rescued dogs are in the access area where the watchmen live, you will not have to live with them if you do not want to, please let us know if you have any problems. *Remember that the landscape can change according to the rainy/dry seasons. We do not have a garden but we do have a landscape designed that adapts to both seasons, we hope you enjoy it!
