The good: The views were amazing!! The kayaks were such a great addition to the accommodation, great spa, the host was great with communication, great location. The bad: Quite dusty and smelt a little musky, the tv was tiny, the washing machine was extremely loud, no top sheet on the beds and the blankets felt quite thin (considering it’s currently winter) and also felt quite used or old, 1 tea towel and very little toilet paper, however the host rectified this straight away.

Our stay at Tim's was perfect. Highlights are definitely the hot tub, jetty you can fish straight off of and the pool table/other games. Such a peaceful and lovely spot. The Westfield is only a 10min easy drive down the road for groceries, eating out and shopping. We'll definitely be back when it's not raining so much to take advantage of the kayaks!

Lovely location and such a fun place to stop and relax with the family. The games room is fantastic and it was wonderful to have kayaks and a spot to fish literally at the doorstep. Clean and tidy. Only shortcoming was lack of any kitchen/laundry supplies (cooking oil, aluminium foil, laundry detergent etc) and no bedside table lamps anywhere. Host is great and very easy to communicate with.

So many options to keep the whole family entertained without having to leave home. Such a quiet, relaxing vibe. Exactly what we needed. Tim's communication was outstanding, such a lovely host made the experience even easier.

Great waterfront location with nice views and plenty of amenities and activities at the house for a fun family getaway. The only negative was that the house was missing some essentials such as cooking and cleaning supplies, shampoo, and laundry detergent (the washing machine is also extremely loud). Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend it.
