Kim is a really responsive and helpful host. Her place is as described and the location is central to the locations we needed to go. I highly recommend Kim and her place to stay for a room with a toilet and shower in Ho Chi Minh!

Everything was great from the get go. Kim provided clear instructions for self check-in, as the reception was closed since our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning. The listing looks exactly like the photos on Airbnb. The room and en-suite bathroom were clean and well fitted with all necessary amenities. It was also quiet, comfortable, and we could rest well every night. The building had a washing machine and dryer that came in handy as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were also helped with our luggage to the grab taxi to the airport that Kim had arranged for us when we left. The location is a huge plus. There are many eateries, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, ATMs and a pharmacy in the vicinity. It is possible to walk to several sites of interest located in District 1. All in all, we had an excellent experience and would go back again. Can absolutely recommend!

Un petit hôtel tenue par la famille , et l’on se sent parti intégrante , ils m’ont invité à manger avec eux , ils (elles)sont très attentionné et serviable , toujours prêt à nous rendre le séjours des plus convivial! Petits restaurants tout près délicieux Banh Mi sur la gauche en sortant de l’hôtel je croit que c’est 159 le nom du petit restaurant , vraiment délicieux . Sinon la soupe le commerce voisin sur la droite en sortant de l’hôtel. J’y retournerai c’est certain ! Très propres , tout fonctionne bien et silencieusement , frigo , AC , Wifi supporte aisément Netflix sur mon pc portable etc bon séjour à tous !!

Mọi người rất thân thiện và hiếu khách, nếu cần gì cũng được hướng dẫn rõ ràng. Phòng sạch, giường đẹp, nệm êm ngủ rất ngon.

Great location to Saigon’s landmarks. Walkable. Lots of food options and nightlife activities in the area. Host is responsive and room is as pictured.
