Stefan and Muriel’s paradise was perfect for chilling after long days of sightseeing in Tuscany. Their property is wonderful, we felt like we were in the middle of the forest even though we were only minutes away (by car) from Porciano castle and the town of Stia. We went for a walk on one of Stefan’s favorite hiking routes, thanks again for the map!! Although the apartment is modern, tasteful and cosy, we spent our 2days in the marvellous front yard of our apartment, and was very hard for us to leave especially after a most pleasant breakfast with our dear hosts. Loved every minute there, 100% recommend.

Die Unterkunft von Muriel und Stefan war wunderschön, hochwertig eingerichtet und super sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man braucht mit dem Auto 5-10 Minuten bis man in der Stadt ist, dafür ist es beruhigend ruhig und man hört nur die Grillen. Die Gastgeber waren unfassbar nett und haben uns mit tollen Tipps und Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten und frischen Eiern versorgt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Baguette-Backkurs mit Stefan. Es war super interessant und wir hoffen, das Epi-Baguette Zuhause genauso lecker wieder hinzubekommen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Stefan und Muriel war absolut fantastisch. So gut, dass wir unbedingt nochmal vorbeikommen werden und dass die Location als absoluten Geheimtipp am liebsten für mich behalten möchte. Es waren super erholsame Tage. Danke nochmal für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. A bien tot.

We konden met ons kleine gezinnetje zorgeloos genieten in dit stukje paradijs van Toscane. Stefan en Muriel waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en stonden steeds klaar voor vragen. We konden ervoor kiezen om te ontspannen in ons eigen stukje private tuin dat grenst aan de b&b, waar we 's avonds vallende sterren konden spotten. Of genieten van de royale gezamenlijke buitenkeuken waar we konden bbqen en pizza's bakken. Ook het zwembad was een voltreffer, niet alleen bij onze kids 👌

Wow, where to start?! This place is such a breath of fresh air, and the area quite literally, too. It turned out to be more secluded than I thought, but it was perfect for us! Also, the room was just like the pics - very happy about it. We were greeted by both Stefan and Muriel upon arrival and shown around, etc. They created a very helpful pamphlet of what to see and do in the area and also in conversation gave us tips and suggestions of where to go based off our interests. Safe to say, they were wonderdul hosts! Unfortunately, due to weather we weren't able to take advantage of the pool save for the first night, but their outdoor kitchen area is weather proof and such a delight to sit under for a meal or just to take in the environment with a cup of coffee. The location is so perfect if you're interested in a quiet retreat, hiking, and visiting local villages (we spent some time in the lovely Stia), but also the drives to Siena and Arezzo were some of my favorite!
