This Lakefront Hideaway is 1900 sqft complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 spacious living areas. Along with 2 deck sitting areas with a lake view. All accommodations are pet-free and Non-Smoking. We are a self check-in/check-out property. We have a housekeeper that will prepare the Lakefront Hideaway for your trip. There are neighbors that live permanently in this neighborhood. Please be respectful of our space their space by keeping noise at a minimum and the property clean. Do not throw trash of any kind around the land on the property. No loud music or parties past 10pm. By water we are located by marker 21. Main living room- has 2 leather sofas and a small sitting chair with a great view of the lake. Basement living room- There is a wet bar located in the corner of the basement living area including a large ice maker, which is great to fill your coolers with before going out on the water and a mini beverage fridge (not stocked). To wind down or just relax there is a large sectional sofa (with a pull out bed), leather accent chair and a 65in tv. The 2nd bathroom is located right off of this room along with the laundry in a separate room. The basement is a walk-out basement with sliding doors leading to a large outdoor deck area with a great water view. Kitchen - is open concept connected with the main living area. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven. Of course there is a Keurig coffee maker that will make a pot of coffee or individual k-cups. There is a wood and metal dining room table with 4 chairs and a bench to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Master Bedroom - complete with a King sized bed, 4 new sleeping pillows, standard bedding with extra blankets. Attached bathroom with separate toilet room and stand up shower. Room has a ceiling fan and a 55in flat screen tv. 2nd Bedroom - complete with a Queen sized bed, 4 new sleeping pillows, standard bedding with extra blankets. Room has a ceiling fan and 2 windows with blackout curtains. Located steps from hall bath which has a tub/shower combo. Bunk Room - complete with a Queen bunk bed. Both beds have 4 new sleeping pillows, standard bedding with extra blankets. 2 bed side fans are provided if needed. Top bunk has a plug in cubby station to charge phones or sit glasses on. 1 window with blackout curtains. Located steps from hall bath. Pull out couch bed- located in the basement living area. Full bed with standard bedding. Located steps from 2nd bathroom. Amenities include a large ice maker (located in basement), washer and dryer, Wifi, 2 smart TV's, plenty of onsite parking with room for a boat trailer.
