The house and location are outstanding. The hot tube was warm at best and the last day it was too cold to get in. The open wall upstairs bedroom with the twin beds is not conducive to evening adult conversation in the living room since kids were sleeping in it. The wall should be made solid. That moved us to the dining room which needs a space heater. I know this sounds negative but the comments are being made to take this up to 5* place. Despite the comments above, we had a great time due it’s close proximity to the ski areas and beautiful surroundings.

I don’t even know where to start . So we came 3:57pm( check in 4pm )so the lock didn’t work , we called they said wait till 4pm and should work , well it didn’t. So we called again and they gave us many numbers to try , with two little babies standing there in cold and tired..they had to open from their side in the end .. there is actually NOT 5 bedrooms - which was the biggest surprise! The “bedroom” next to master bedroom is not bedroom , there’s no wall so whoever sleep there will hear everything what’s happening in the house , beds are not comfortable and the sleep sofa either. There’s dust and webs all over the house is crazy ! Balls of dust under beds and everywhere, so not so good for having babies there , we also found some underwear..!hot tub wasn’t ready so we couldn’t use it until next day . Tv didn’t work only couple dvds , I don’t think the price is right for what they offering Good things- enough dishes , dishwasher, and good location . Sadly I wouldn’t come back .

We had a very enjoyable stay! The door did have some issues letting us in upon arrival but we were able to get in contact with someone pretty quickly to get it fixed. The house accommodated our family perfectly. I could have stayed a week if we had the time! The neighborhood is beautiful, & the hot tub is huge! Our only complaint was cleanliness-finding some stuff in the couch. I addressed this with the host and they made it right. Thank you for allowing us to stay, our family had a blast!

We were very disappointed in this place. Had trouble from the beginning on not being able to get in, I had to call the host twice to get the correct code. The place should realistically only be a 2-3 bedroom yet they manage to advertise it as a 5 bedroom fitting up to 12 people which is just unrealistic. All of the decor on the walls and lamps were extremely dusty, the couch, beds and tv were extremely old atleast 20+ years. Neighbors all around with strict HOA rules, you could easily hear the cars on the road. The hot tub did not heat up and maintenance had to come out, and there was a rocking chair with literal nails poking out. You can easily tell that this property is managed by a rental company and not a homeowner. Absolutely not worth the $1000/night we paid. Save yourself time and money and find somewhere else to stay.
