This was the second time we have stayed at this apartment and again it didn't disappoint. Great location, fantastic views, comfortable and warm with all the amenities you would expect. Would recommend.

This is a lovely apartment with fantastic views. It’s really easy to get into with the key safe and the apartment is very clean and comfortable. It’s also very close to the bars and restaurants on the sea front. Karen is very responsive with any queries. When we return to Sunderland we will definitely look to stay here again.

I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of the best. The location, layout etc was exactly as described in the data. Things we were pleasantly surprised with: (1) the view really is spectacular (2) the apartment contains literally everything you might need and more (3) the apartment is larger than I expected (4) unlike many places I've stayed in England in winter, heat was not a problem! Would thoroughly recommend..
