Our family of 6 stayed for the total eclipse weekend. The house is comfortable and Petya not only was quick to answer any of our questions but incredible in meeting every need. All areas of the house were extremely clean and lovely. It was a quiet location and still very close to everything you might need. The yard....wow. comfortable seating in both a side yard and back yard with lovely green grass, trees and a babbling brook. What an incredible place to sip your first coffee of the day. It was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you Petya.

Petya’s place was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and located in a beautiful neighborhood. She was quick to respond which I appreciate very much. I forgot an item, and she called right away to let me know. I appreciate her contacting me. We will definitely will stay at Petya’s place again.
