Blake’s place was fantastic and my friends and family had a great time there. There was plenty of space for our group of 20. I will note that this place wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Maybe it’s because it was such a large place that some things were missed (example there was more than one occasion when we first arrived that my hand would touch something sticky on the counter or floor). A lot of the furniture was pretty run down or peeling so all and all I wouldn’t say this place is luxurious. However, I still think this place was 100% worth. Blake was responsive and a great host. The pool and hot tub were both great amenities and the location was great as we rented a party barge down the road and it was only an 8 min drive. Our group would definitely come back.
Estuvimos muy a gusto, la casa está muy amplia y muy bien equipada… la cocina, cuenta con todo. La casa estaba muy limpia y nos encantó que el jacuzzi estuviera ya listo para recibirnos. Tiene una cafetera doble para pods y para café molido y muchas tazas, muchos platos, vasos y cubiertos. Todo nos funcionó muy bien. La pasamos muy a gusto en familia. Muchas gracias a Blake por sus atenciones.
Blake was a great host! He was very responsive and attentive to my questions! It was a big group of us and we all fit just perfectly and had more than enough room for everyone. We were a group of 15. The big dinning tables really came in handy to eat all together! We all look forward to staying there again in the summer time.
Big group trip to Austin? This is where you'll want to stay. We had a combined bachelor-bachelorette party over a long weekend (25 people total), and this house was perfect for us. It's spacious, quiet, and has great amenities. It's a little far from the airport and/or city center, but outside of peak times like rush hour, it's not too big a deal. You'll probably be poolside and not wanting to leave, anyway. Blake is very responsive and informative with any questions you may have.
Blake was very responsive throughout my entire stay. His place had more than enough space for my guest and I. I would definitely stay there again!
