Let me start by saying one of the best parts of this stay is Kenny himself. With such a high-end home w a lot of electronics and luxury elements it was helpful to have him nearby just in case you need assistance. He is so friendly and kind. His wife’s art is abound and seriously incredible- like living in an art gallery! The house is perfect on top of the hill with killer views and the pool and pool house are out of this world. We didn’t even get to enjoy the large yard because we couldn’t leave the pool. We really appreciated the stocked fridge w breakfast items at both sites and water bottles which came in handy. We loved cooking in the pool house. Laundry and showers available at both sites too. The only regret you’ll have is not staying longer. Perfect slice of luxury in the hilly countryside outside Austin. Perfectly active and relaxing at the same time. Kenny makes your stay enjoyable and stress free. Couldn’t have asked for more or better.

Little La Jolla was just great for our family gathering in Austin for a wedding. The property was exactly what we needed. 6 bedrooms in the main house that were well-equipped with plenty of linens and air mattresses if we needed them. But the gem is the pool clubhouse, where we spent all our time. The pool is obviously great and is exactly as shown in the pictures. What's not pictured is a HUGE professional-grade kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. We love to cook, so we spent our time together cooking and eating around the many indoor and outdoor dining tables. Foosball and ping pong tables were also in the clubhouse. Two large sectional sofas provided lots of space to sit around and relax. Note that city ordinance does not allow anyone to sleep in the clubhouse overnight. Kenny was a great and proactive host. Thanks for a delightful stay We would absolutely come back!

Absolutely obsessed with this place! I had my bachelorette here and called it “Shultz Country Club” it really feels like your own resort / country club. Kenny was extremely helpful the entire time and the house is gorgeous. We had the best time in the pool party and house. There is so much space, we had a bounce house, hibachi chef, cocktail cowboys, and so many other things and this place truly made everything that more special! Would definitely come back, can’t go wrong with Little La Jolla Resort! We were able to capture so many amazing photos here from the whole weekend and will forever cherish these memories.

Kenny’s place is AMAZING! The pool house and resort style backyard is unreal. I never been to any place like this. He has all the amenities you need for the perfect relaxing weekend in Austin. Loved how communicative Kenny was and how easy he made our stay. Definitely will be returning to this home!

Kenny and Stephanie were incredibly responsive, friendly and gracious hosts and we had the time of our lives at this beautiful property! I can't say anything other reviews haven't already said - it was over the top stunning - a wonderful, relaxing oasis for us to have a friend reunion in. We'll definitely be back!
