Fantastic place to stay. It was clean, tidy and had everything we need- I couldn’t name anything missing. The host was amazing- really clear instructions, user manuals for appliances and happy advice on the distance from a local wedding venue. Thank you so much!

Fantastic find, felt like home as soon as we arrived, everything felt brand new and in mint condition. Very clean and every room smelled fresh. Lovely place to stay!

Rob's house is a 10 min walk to the centre of Llangollen and 5 mins from a Co-op which was handy for groceries. It was well equipped and comfortable. I was pleased that the double glazing was effective as the house stands on a busy road and this kept down most of the traffic noise. The shower was hot and powerful with plenty of towels provided. We enjoyed our stay although we couldn't park next to the house as a van was parked there most of the time. There was on road parking 2 minutes away. The house was mostly pretty clean apart from the dusty porch and a few things in the bathroom needing a bit of attention to get rid of sticky marks. The outside space was useful and on a sunny day would be a nice place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. There were a few tea bags when we arrived but no milk or even a biscuit to eat so maybe Rob could provide those for future guests to enjoy after a long journey. Overall a pleasant house with everything you would need for a short stay.
