Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cette superbe villa ! Située dans un environnement paisible, la vue sur mer est incroyable. Des petites criques magnifiques à proximité grâce au chemin de randonnée tout proche. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Minorque entre amis grâce a cette maison. Marta est tres réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande à 100%.

We were a party of 5 adults and 2 children 6 and under. The villa was spacious, clean and a wonderful base for exploring Menorca. We enjoyed spending time there as much as we did getting out and exploring. We used the pool and BBQ and spent most of our time outside (so didn’t try the TV). There are many lovely beaches on this side of the island but we also found it easy to drive to other parts. This location is close to the airport and so the flight path. This didn’t bother us at all but be aware if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing. Would recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks Marta for all your help and communication.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We travelled as a party of 10 including 3 children and we all absolutely loved it and have said we would go back again. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything listed. The only thing, and it is a small thing, is it would benefit from having air con in the living/communal area inside like it does in the bedrooms. It was very hot when we visited and this is the only thing we all said would make it the most perfect place to stay. Also the path to the beach isn’t accessible with small children, but it’s a very short drive to a local beach. But we would visit again, thank you so much for a lovely villa to enjoy our first family holiday 😁

Great location in beautiful surroundings, but the villa is quite tired and needs some maintenance (door handles were broken and doors didn’t shut easily, dishwasher leaked when we used it and the washing machine is very rusty), bathrooms, bedrooms and communal spaces were quite cluttered and didn’t feel very clean. Overall an enjoyable stay for our group, but could be an amazing space with a little tlc.

La casa esta muy buena y marta siempre respondió muy atenta todas nuestras inquietudes. Importante aclarar NO hay aire acondicionado, hay muchas moscas en la isla en general (y en consecuencia dentro de la casa ya que no hay mosquitero), y hay dos cámaras de seguridad dentro de la casa apuntando a espacios comunes. La pasamos muy bien a pesar de esos detalles que no hicieron que nuestra estadía sea perfecta. Gracias por todo.
