Fantastic 2 bed cottage. It was absolutely immaculate. Lots of useful facilities (towels, coffee machine, selection of teas, throws, etc) and was exactly as described. Fantastic location to Rivington which has plenty of beautiful walks and only a few minutes walk to a variety of local shops (Sainsbury’s local, lots of take aways, and pubs). We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Excellent little place in quiet street close to local walks and Horwich centre. Everything you need and spotlessly clean. Cosy and comfortable. Helpful host. Would recommend.

The property smelled damp on arrival but was fine when we got the heating going. No instructions for heating or appliances available so had to work out ourselves. No sign of a heating programmer/thermostat. No shower screen/curtain so showering floods bathroom. Shower almost useless. Need to turn to maximum temperature to get warm enough but leads to big drop in pressure. Toilet seat and cover won't stay up due to incorrectly fitted/wrong sistern. All this said care, consideration and thought has gone into the presentation and comfort of this recently refurbished property. Unfortunately the shower issues mean I'd be unlikely to stay again which is a pity as the location was perfect for visiting my family.
