The property benefits from free parking and is just 9 minutes away from DW Stadium. The property benefits from free high-speed Wi-Fi so you can get Netflix on all your devices and has a spacious living area. There are two double bedrooms and one sofa bed, allowing the property to sleep five guests. The property benefits from a washing machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, full kitchenware and cutlery and Smart TV. Please note that we require signed T&Cs, ID and a deposit before your stay.

The amenities are not as described as this apartment is advertised as having 2 bathrooms so one would expect them to be functioning. The main bathroom shower is unusable as is taped together with electrical tape - the water squirts everywhere and it would not hang up , therefore, could not be used , the sink is also blocked in this bathroom-not great for a party of 4 going to a wedding.Specifically asked for bedding for the bed settee there were no covers for the duvet or pillowcases which is not nice.The heater in the master bedroom is hanging off the wall which I would suggest is dangerous. There is not a single hanger in the apartment and nowhere in the main bedroom to hang clothes- there was a mirror with broken hangers hanging over the door which fell off. Overall not worth the money we paid and the hosts must know they have done a bodge job on the shower.
We had a great stay over Christmas! The apartment is very conveniently located. Lovely little space, very warm and inviting. We will be back!
The flat was freezing on arrival, although I turned the heating up in the cupboard all the storage heaters were turned off at the socket. I spent the first night really cold, but realised the issue on my second stay, it is not very welcoming to enter a cold flat. There was mould in the shower cubical in the bathroom around the cubical and stains on the sofa which was a little off putting. Finally there was no grill pan so I had to fry something which set the fire alarm off. To be fair it was fine for what I needed but wouldn't want to stay there if I was on holiday.
The accommodation is in a good location, pretty much as the photos, clean, comfy bed, good shower in ensuite and Heather is easily contactable through messages. The road at the front is a main road - a little busy but not too noisy. There are beautiful views at the rear. The apartment is well equiped but just missing some smaller items which we didn’t have with us as we were travelling light from overseas. I couldn’t find any washing machine detergent and in the ensuite there was no toilet roll, an empty shower gel dispenser in the shower and no shampoo/conditioner. These are small items I know but they would have made the stay that much better. All in all this is a nice apartment and would recommend.
