Absolutely beautiful place and so much bigger than we expected. It is such a tranquil area where no road sounds can be heard , only the birds and nature. This is definitely up there and beyond as the best property we've stayed in. We were made so welcome and felt so at home from the onset. We can't wait to book again as soon as we can. Our little Yorkie poo absolutely loved it and was very settled into her own little routine in a safe space. The off street and spacious parking is fabulous too. The added bonus of being able to see family whilst here was wonderful.

We spent 4 weeks in Kathie's lovely cottage, which is truly wonderful and set in the most stunning garden with lots of beautiful trees. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the shops and eateries in lovely Parbold. Also, the cottage is next door to a great park for walking the dog and has a play park if you have younger children. Kathie the host could not have been lovelier, always available if needed without being intrusive. She made us all feel very welcome. The cottage is a practical, comfortable and very beautifully decorated barn conversion. It’s clear both in ambience and decor that the conversion has been a labour of love. We wanted for nothing while there, the house was adequately equipped with everything we needed and has lovely comfy beds and a great shower. We highly recommend Kathie's lovely home and are looking forward to staying again in the summer.

We spent 4 weeks in this lovely cozy cottage. Set in a peaceful location, with plenty of local dog walks from the door. Really comfy bed and great shower. The location was perfect, set away from the hustle and bustle but easy access to the local towns and amenities. Kathie was delightful and always available if needed, without being intrusive. She made both us and our two dogs feel very welcome. Highly recommended.
