Marks house was ideal for our needs while we visited relatives in Formby and Leyland. Convenient being able to walk to the store and the pub Definitely would stay here again.

Faultless - Had a perfect stay at this spotless, cosy, comfortable bungalow - real home from home - made to feel truly welcome and everything you could wish for in an airbnb was provided. Definitely recommend the property, the location and the host, we hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a good location for us to meet up with friends, who live not very far from where we stayed. The house is lovely, clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need. There is a spar and a pub that serves food within two minute walk We had a fabulous time and goodnight sleeps, the bed was comfortable and cosy.

Lovely bungalow within walking distance to a well stocked shop and pub. The pub does excellent food, and the fish and chip shop in Eccleston is extremely good. The house is nicely decorated with comfortable seating and TV with all channels you could wish for. It is watm and comfortable. Mark responded quickly and positively to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Mark’s bungalow if you want to stay in the Mawdesley area. I didn’t have a car but this wasn’t a problem as everything is close by.
