The highs of this place - fantastic view, hottub and comfortable space for a larger group (enough bedrooms & bathrooms, properly equiped kitchen). However, we were dissapointed about a few things. First as other guests mentioned - a strong damp smell from the bedroom on the ground floor, especially during rainy day - we felt bad that one person had to sleep there. The terrace outside was not cleaned properly, we found some litter on the floor and an astray with previous guests cigarettes buts. Also, the pillows of outside furniture very dirty and not pleasant to sit on, we placed some towels to cover it up. In general, the place needs an update, but if you are not looking for luxury - then it’s a good option.

Die Lage und der Ausblick der Unterkunft sind traumhaft . Uns hat es besonders gefallen auf der Terrasse zu grillen und dabei die Stimmung zu genießen. Der Vermieter ist eine Agentur. Die Ankunft und das Auschecken erfolgte gut organisiert, sowie der Kontakt während unseres Aufenthalts mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin war sehr herzlich. Unser Manko : Das Haus und insbesondere die Außenanlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt und haben eine Reinigung und Pflege verdient.

Very nice apartment with a fantastic view! We where a group of 8 people and had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed. We had two cars during our stay which was practical as Verbania is a few km away.
