This was our first experience with AirBNB & it was fantastic. The place felt just like home & it was such a comfortable, cozy setup that had a modern feel with an awesome kitchen design. Plenty of utensils and appliances for your needs. Cleaning supplies were in abundance and if you didn't bring any, there is laundry detergent as well. The HVAC system is great and I appreciate the emphasis on the water treatment system too. The rooms, bedding, furniture, were all super comfortable and modern. Easy for vegging out for a night of TV or crashing out after a long day trip. You'll find the binder upon your arrival very helpful regarding the area, groceries, restaurants or a night out, plus all the rules and advice for your stay. The unit was in a great location from the sun, always remained cool, & plenty of parking with less than a 30 second walk to the car. The area is also great for walks and hikes. Thanks Billy, we truly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to booking again.

The condo was very nice . Very clean as well . There was just a large amount of small repairs . The bed frame was broken , the table leg fell off and scared us one night , the screen door to the patio and a few more. There were also young college Students fighting at 3 am . Other than than all was well

The place was very nice and exactly as pictured. Had everything you needed like home. All the supplies you could possibly need. The 2nd bedroom has 3 twins, one bunk bed and a twin. Billy was very responsive!

Billy is an AMAZING host!!! He responds quickly if you have any questions & his Airbnb was well presentable. Also in the cabinet near the dining table in the kitchen there are a lot of games for the guests also.

We had a wonderful stay in Billy's condo! It was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook some of our own food, the neighborhood was quiet + peaceful, and Billy was a very responsive host when we had questions of any sort.
