This was a pleasant room to stay in. There is convenience to stores to eat and get groceries. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the strip. Kim even offers a ride to the airport if need be which is very sweet. My only issues is that we didn’t get a warning that another person was staying in the other room so we thought that we had the bedroom and shower to ourselves. The light in the shower doesn’t work and the sinks were not clean. I had to clean them myself. The pool and jacuzzi was closed down and I wish we got a notice before we came. However, the room was comfy, it felt like home, Kim is very responsive to messages and it such an open person to talk to.

In our experience Kim was amazing at responding to all of our questions and giving us all the information we needed to stay at her place. We had no issues with anything, from check-in to check-out. Her place is located in a quiet, clean, safe and secure area. My wife always felt very safe. She loved it. We have no negative feedback to give. She had all of the essentials there - I'm not sure if she always has it, but there was a coffee maker in our room, water, coffee, creamer, cups, and even some granola bars. Vons and Panera Bread are less than a 10m drive from her place. We will absolutely consider staying there again if we get the chance.

Very clean home. Would definitely stay here again for a longer visit next time. Also amazing dog!
