Derek's place is the perfect blend of modern convenience and historic charm. We loved everything from the comfortable beds and sofas to the perfect water pressure in the shower and fluffy towels. We've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was definitely in our top 3. The location is great - so many restaurants within walking distance. It was nice to have a private, secure place to park the car so we could walk around town. I'll echo what others said and remind future renters to pack ear plugs. You're in the heart of the town and that means noise at all hours of the day and night. The good news is we couldn't hear a thing once we put our ear plugs in and I got a great night sleep every night (which is rare for me when traveling). We would stay here again any time!

Wonderful location . A smidge noisy on Thursday and Friday night but it is a college town after all.

Great place! Extremely charming exterior but clean and updated interior. Would love to stay again. Walkable to many shops and restaurants in West Chester.
