Not sure if it is required by Airbnb, they have a contact phone number but refused to be contacted by phone, any communication must go through airbnb website, while the wiFi instruction of the house is wrong (they gave the wrong password), no internet and no way to reach the airbnb website, things went to a dilemma. The house location is a bit far from town center, and the facilities are old.

The house was easy to find and the views were wonderful. Snow capped mountains out your window.

A very clean spacious home with lake views . Great for families with good layout. The pantry had some very useful items eg cooking oil . It was good to see ample standard supplies. Very prompt hosts who meet our needs. Recommend this property.

Well appointed and spacious home with commanding view across the lake and the Remarkables. While close to both central Queenstown and the airport, it’s a quiet peaceful location. The home is warm, clean and perfectly suited to larger groups. Above all, Jodie and Renee are superb hosts - great communication throughout our stay and super quick to answer questions or resolve issues (even late at night when we couldn’t get the gas hot water going). Absolutely recommend both the property and the hosts!
