ich würde jeder Zeit wieder das Haus von Ches buchen. Es ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten wunderschöne pool und Grill Abende mit vielen Freunden die alle genug Platz hatten und sich direkt zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ich hab jeden Morgen in der kleinen Bucht 1 min vom Haus entfernt meinen Kaffee getrunken bin danach ein bisschen im Meer geschwommen. Ches war ein toller Gastgeber und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite

Vacances familiale avec 4 enfants de 10 à 12 ans. Maison spacieuse pour 10 personnes dans un cartier très tranquille! Tous nos repas ont été pris dans la salle à manger extérieur qui est simplement géniale! La piscine parfaite avec la visite d'un petit singe à l'occasion! Nous avions louer une voiture pour nos déplacements puisque seulement un bar/dépanneur est disponible à distance de marche. Rien a dire sur la propreté des lieux et tout est fonctionnel! Hôte disponible, réactif et très rassurant!

Ches’s Place was a great place to stay for our family with six children. The pool was wonderful and a real hit for all, including the adults. There was plenty of space on the deck for the entire family to dine outdoors, which was a real pleasure! Ches was a great communicator right from the time of booking right on through. We even had to reach out after we checked out as a few items were left behind and he was most accommodating. During the stay there were a couple of issues that we brought to his attention and he was very responsive and addressed the problems in a timely manner. This accommodation was great value for what we paid and we would certainly recommend it to others.

The host was communicative and accomadating during the booking stage which was weeks prior to the stay the home was not what was indicated and we had issues during the entire stay. The host stated a few days before that there was an issue with the pool which would be repaired for our stay and would only require the maintenance man to visit while we were there however, the pool floor was covered in dirt and not usable for days. We tried cleaning it ourselves with the net to minimal avail and the pool men came twice only on the last day was it reasonably clean. There were issues with the Air Condition Units and the toilets. Most of the doors and windows could not open and were dirty to the point you couldn't enjoy the view. Additionally, the house was not cleaned properly; the floors were dirty, we found broken a broken cup handle and tissue under the beds. There was broken furniture and rusted beds in most rooms. This house needs some maintenance before visitors. We requested a partial refund which the owner agreed and then tried to change the matter around, and not pay the refund.
