Where do we even start! 10 STARS if I could. We got into town very late and were helped out within minutes. The host is extremely helpful. The home itself is perfect, it’s huge. Decorations are beautiful, it just makes you feel at home. Close by great spots to eat. Awesome scenery all around. We were in town for a soccer tournament and we LOVED it. Don’t think twice. We made that mistake and ended up here. We will definitely be back when in San Antonio, by far my best Air BNB experience yet!

Besides the orange mold in the shower, the communication with Jean was awful. I reserved the home for 2 adults and 2 dogs (less than 20 lbs) which I approved with Jean prior to booking. She agreed and said "we do have a small fee to help cover deep cleaning and maintenance costs." The week of our stay I asked if we could change the reservation to 3 small dogs. She agreed and said there would be an additional fee for the 3rd dog. I did not ask the amount assuming it would be reasonable since I had no charges on my invoice for the 2 dogs. When I got a call from AirBNB requesting $200.00 for the 3rd dog I was shocked. It turns out that the Jean included an additional $75 in each of the 2 nights for the first 2 dogs. When we asked about the pet fee Jean said it had gone up (in a month and a half) to $200 but said she would only charge me $150 since that was what "we had agreed to" previously. There was no discussion about charges. Jean change fees with her mood. NOT a good host

I absolutely loved my stay at Freedom TDY Crashpad in Cibolo! There was not a single thing that I wanted which wasn't provided in this beautiful home. I was most in awe of the fact that the property description and pictures matched my expectations perfectly. The home was so beautifully furnished and spacious that I couldn't have asked for anything more. Jean was immediately responsive to my questions and took the time to email a few notable details the morning of my stay in plenty of time before I arrived. I will ABSOLUTELY choose to stay at Freedom TDY Crashpad for all of my future visits to the San Antonio area. Phenomenal!
