Es ist so viel zu sagen das waren 10 tolle Tage die wir verbracht haben in der Villa. Villa Anna hat alles was man braucht. Schöne Lage, sauber , tollen Pool und super nette Gastgeber trotz der Sprache haben wir uns sehr gut verstanden . Die sind immer für einen da wenn man die braucht . Vielen Dank fam. Yusuf

So the house is fine - it's new, exactly as described, spacious, and "lux". The location could be better: you can't get anywhere without a car, the neighborhood is work-in-progress, there is unused land, a broken car right next to the fence, dust, not much infrastructure. If you intend to stay in the house and chill at the pool, it's a good option if you think it's worth the money. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for two families with kids. Also, I've reduced my rating because of communication issues: 1. During check-in, two people were in the house to great us. They didn't speak English, so they were speaking in Croatian and then voice G translated this to us. They repeated everything that was in the house manual. They highlighted a couple of things that would cost us money if we break which felt weird (more on money later). 2. They asked for our passports to check in and took the passports with them until the next morning. This is not okay. We needed to go to a hospital next morning, we were lucky they didn't require a passport. 3. There would be moments when they would return, without prior notice, enter the pool area, and start doing things/asking questions. I feel like they should have given the exact notice, otherwise we didn't feel the privacy. 4. The worst thing happened after checkout. I received a claim for 800 EUR for 1 cm chip in a kitchen tabletop. I asked around and only 1 out of us 4 adults noticed the chip was there somewhere during our stay, but no idea when it was damaged. It's really small and hard-to-see and obviously we don't have photos that would prove the chip wasn't there when we arrived. The investigation has been open for two weeks now... Given we paid around 5k for the house already, this is just not a great experience.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, abbiamo chiesto di anticipare il check in e senza problemi ci hanno accolto, abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima e la posizione è ottima.

We had a wonderful time at Vila Anna! Everything was perfectly fine and the layout and interior of the house is great. We were two families, 9 people in total, and the size of the rooms and house was exactly right. We really enjoyed the pool and BBQ. It is located well to explore the area and it is just a 10min walk to the closest beach. Mico and his family was so nice and it was a very easy communication. We totally recommend this house for other families!

We had great time at Villa Anna! The house is a gem, very well furnished and super clean. It was great for 2 families, 4 adults and 4 teens. The host thought about every single detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the coffee machine and the pool, the outdoor shower and music speaker, the TV with multiple language options and the indoor space. It was wonderful! The local hosts were available and ready to help with our requests. Ms Ana even brought us a blender when we asked for one! They were very responsive by email from the beginning of the reservation until the day of the departure. Thank you so much and thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house.
