We loved staying here!! It was modern, bright, and clean— and felt spacious for two people. Self check-in was simple, and Bernie was responsive via message. My husband worked remotely from here for a couple days and the wifi worked perfectly (impressive for somewhere quite remote!). It was a bit of a drive to Westport, but you can get essentials and takeout in the cute town of Louisburgh which is closer. I signed up for a riding trek right across the street at Horse Back West and went to the Big Dupper Sauna just three minutes down the road and both were phenomenal. We also loved the Lost Valley and Silver Strand beach which are only ten minutes away. The view from the apartment of the beach right across the street is even better than in the pictures! We would definitely stay here again.

Bernie's apartment is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect, brand new kitchen with induction hob and a great selection of new, quality saucepans and utensils. The apartment is cosy, always warm, and very spacious, much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Big comfy double bed in a spacious bedroom, lovely modern bathroom with a fabulous shower. Everything was spotless clean and tidy and free of clutter. And the views from the windows are absolutely breathtaking. The reclining sofa is also heavenly! I'm definitely gonna stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Le logement est parfait en lui même mais bien faire attention car le coin est désert... Pour le calme et les balades en solitaire c'est parfait. la vue est splendide

Our stay at Bernie’s apartment was really nice. The room is very clean, and really comfortable. The view is incredible and Bernie is very kind. We advise !
