We had a fantastic time at Saundra's place! From soaking in the hot tub under the starry night sky to unwinding in the great sauna and cozying up by the fireplace, every moment was magical. The BBQ and game room added to the fun, and we were so impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the house. Saundra's thoughtful welcome with a card and fresh eggs was such a lovely gesture, and her check-in the next morning to ensure we had everything we needed was greatly appreciated. Her wealth of local knowledge, including shops and hiking recommendations, made our trip even more enjoyable. In summary, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Five stars all the way! Thank you, Saundra!

Saundra was the best host. She was extremely responsive and put together a list of things to do in the area. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was incredibly peaceful and private. We loved the sauna and hot tub!!

We wouldn’t have asked for a better place to host our Ladies weekend. Everything was as close to perfect as we could have imagined. The bar was set high and we can’t wait to make this a tradition.

Very cleanly kept place! We enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi! Interesting location in Sullivan County! We brought our little dog, and would def warn anyone that the steps are super narrow and slick for an older dog. Our dog took a tumble, thankfully she was ok! There's some good places in the area, but we found staying home and cooking dinner was the most relaxing way to spend a night around the fire! We enjoyed the vinyl, brought some of our own to listen to, but thought it was a great selection of music. We'll be back!
