Francine is a great host! Her place kept all age groups entertain. The pool was a HIT! It was perfect for our large family.

FANTASTIC!!! Francine was outstanding---always responsive----the pool was the BEST pool we have ever had in Arizona-------lots to do in Lake Havasu (boating, beaching, hiking, golfing)-----The house was immaculate, updated, lots of towels for swimming, heated pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, lots of games, plenty of tv's------could not think of anything else that we needed, that was not provided. Our new favorite place for spring break.

Francine’s place was spectacular! Her place was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of activities to do around the house and it was close to everything in Lake Havasu. Francine was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We had a toilet problem on the first night and she had someone out the next day! We will definitely stay at her place again if we’re ever back in Havasu.

Property was exactly as described. Lots of room for hosting a large group. Game room kept everyone occupied along with having a large backyard with a HUGE pool and spa. I had a group of 12 and everyone stated at some point how well laid out the house was and how much room there was. Will definitely consider this property again next year for our annual group Havasu trip.

Loved staying at Francine’s beautiful oasis. We had a huge group of friends and it was so much fun. One of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you so much Francine!! If we’re ever in havasu again, we will definitely be booking with her again.
