The apartment was ok, but the double bed was making creaking sounds and some loose fittings. Bathroom has no lock ( not sure if that’s how all the Airbnb’s are) Overall ok stay not bad, but I won’t book again.

Well located, easy to find and access with parking. Shopping locally is within a few minutes for things like Tesco and Morrisons. Close to the ICC and Resort. Tidy little ground floor flat, comfy sofa and beds!

Broken double bed - (maintenance screwed wood together within the hour) Kitchen window will not open at all, Bathroom blind very worn, Odd random tools etc under double bed and Random stuff in all cupboards , Kitchen doors poorly hung / maintained. Remote control for heater in living room have flat batteries or it’s not working, Kitchen clock not working, Plates etc are dirty, I had to wash plates before I could use them, Wardrobe in main bedroom very old and unusable / wood detached from back, Only one bedside draws. The general decor in a poor state every room needs a clean and fresh paint, Bedroom doors don’t shut properly - my son had to lock his door to keep it shut, Walk in cupboard has random stuff in it, unable to use this for storage of cases. Cat flap in the middle of the kitchen window, only on the outside pane though. bins very full, no note telling guest when they are to go out. Wi-Fi wire across door, trip hazard. Oven and pans dirty. Hall lights faulty, most floors dusty

Great location, good parking and really easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Would highly recommend. The apartment is in a quiet area very close to town centre. It was lovely to stay in. We were even given towels which was a great addition. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Would stay there again if we came back to Newport.
