I wanted to love this place based on the great reviews and the photos with descriptions. First off, my shower had no hot water. The other shower did have hot water. In my bathroom, the toilet paper holder is sloped down so that the roll of toilet paper was constantly falling off. The air conditioners in BOTH bedrooms didn't work. Paula had someone shut off the power and restart it. This helped the air conditioner in my room work for about ten minutes before shutting off again. The air conditioner in the living room worked without issue, but I wasn't sleeping in there. The "full bar" looked nothing like the photos in the listing. There were only a few cans of beer. That was all. The parking space for this place was VERY difficult to maneuver for our small SUV. We ended up contacting airbnb and having them refund our second night and we moved out early. Such a shame. This place has great potential! Things I liked: location, the fan available, the kitchen, Paula's quick replies.

This place was one of a kind. We love the multiple TVs and contemporary themes… the Jacuzzi was not a problem at all, and you just need to plan ahead by 1 1/2 hours to use it, which is no problem!… just turn it on and set your alarm for 1 1/2 hours and it’s ready!… the terrace lighting and energy was truly five star… the beds were absolutely comfortable and the water pressure in hot water was perfect in the showers and bathrooms…. Paula and Luis made this really easy for us…. The neighborhood is five-star and safe and the doorman and parking is also secure, safe and friendly….☮️❤️🔥👍👍🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🕺
