Aster Villa was a beautiful house with picturesque views of a tea estate and the hills- very private and serene. Srini was a very responsive host and even helped us procure things from the main town when we asked. Aruna and her team provided fresh home cooked meals and provided a very homely environment. My young kids thoroughly enjoyed the patio and garden setup- especially the bonfires in the evenings. Overall a very enjoyable stay at a great location!

This is the most private place you could possibly get in all of Ooty. Srini is a gem and helped me with an ad-hoc request :) Every single thing that has been said in the reviews is on point. He's very responsive and you can literally expect a reply in minutes. He guided us through our journey from Bangalore, suggested the best routes (via Lovedale). Staff is helpful. Food is reasonable. Maid/bonfire is included. Pro tip: I'd recommend not visiting the town often. Nothing major to see in Ooty, at least not worth the time you spent travelling here. The only beauty is the plantations, the breeze, the hills, the homely food and the amazing sun sets. All of which can be witnessed at the BnB. The weekend traffic at Ooty town is so bad you'd question why you even moved away from the BnB in the first place. Please don't bother travelling anywhere to town, especially over the weekends. You'd legit be stranded for hours. We made this mistake and could have simply chilled for another day here.

Srini's property matched our expectations which was as listed on his page. He was very proactive and laid clear Instructions to reach his place. He was always available for any help on call. He and his staff gave us a very warm welcome which is really appreciated. The place is located in a serene and quiet village. It is very peaceful and has quiet surroundings. The property is well maintained and has all the required Basic amenities for a family. The food part was taken care by Aruna akka and her team. She is a fantastic cook and always tries to attend to our personal food requests. Our family was completely satisfied with the food and stay. We are looking forward to visit his place again in the future.

we travelled as a family of four and stayed for 4 days during our travel to ooty and conoor. The place is at a slightly lower elevation than ooty but is exactly as it looks in the images. There are beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the terrace and the bungalow is fully furnished with all the urban trappings needed for a comfortable stay. Srini helped us with a very good local cab cum tour guide and suggested a good itinerary. Kids enjoyed their stay and visits to the eateries suggested. Aruna, the housekeeper was extremely deft at cooking up delicious local cuisines at a very reasonable price. This is the best option if you don't want to cook on a holiday since there are no restaurants for many miles. This place is highly recommended for families, couples and small groups due to the beautiful views, clean and well maintained property with great views.

Excellent find and place. A home away from home but much more scenic and beautiful. After a gruesome summer at home, Srini’s place was just the break from heat, city chaos, in short a place of zen. Climate was just perfect. Wish I could have stayed for long time but as the saying goes, good things don’t last for long. Being vegetarian, I was little hesitant to utilise the food service offered by Srini but then Mrs. Aruna the care taker took extreme good care of us. Mrs. Aruna was always there for us at the property and took great care of us all the time. Mr. Srini was very courteous and helped us a lot. We required some art materials from Ooty city and due to unusually heavy traffic, we couldn’t go to shop for it. Mr. Srini personally shopped for us and sent it via a local transport. Great personality and a great human. Complete respect and gratitude to both Srini and Aruna. I will be looking forward to visiting again and this time for sure longer stay duration! Thanks 🙏🏻
