The host was very responsive and quick to help when I couldn’t figure out the lock, even when I arrived at midnight. He was very kind and got me in as soon as I reach out. The house was very cozy but had a distinct “stuffy” smell, I only mention this because I have allergies and am very sensitive to these things.

This house was sufficient for our needs. The garage could use a coat of paint, but the interior was nice and as depicted. A neighbor walking by commented on how nice the home's owners are, so that's a good thing! One concern: There were security cameras, on, inside the house — one in the main living area and one in the kitchen. I know they were running because you could hear them switching on when you entered the room. I felt uncomfortable potentially being watched. I could see the hosts possibly using those when the home is vacant, to keep an eye on the place, but they should be removed or at least disabled when the home is occupied. I've stayed in several Airbnbs and never had that experience before.

Home is clean, comfortable and clutter free. It is in an excellent location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. There was a lot of trouble with keypad lock and host made several attempts to fix issue. They were unable to fix the problem so finally provided a key to lock and unlock the home. Kitchen did not have any toaster but one was provided right away. Bathroom had several bath towels but only one hand towel and no washcloths. We purchased what was needed and would have brought some from home if we were told they were not provided.
