The stay was all I expected. The hosts were very quick in their response times. The area is wonderful. Loved the visit.

West Wittering one of the best beaches in the UK and one of the few with direct private access. Truly incredible location. Pros - Vast sandy spaces at low tide and fun boogy boarding at high tide avoiding the crowds - Amazing views of the sea and countryside - Spacious airy and well-lit kitchen/living/dining area - Tennis court in great condition - Clean & tidy and in good condition overall - Trampoline for kids - Local host servicing — Esther for our stay was next door - Well set up kitchen - Heated towel rail helps dry clothes well Suggestions for future: - proper curtains in downstairs: they don’t cover the windows properly, opening to a shared space with neighbours and certainly don’t block the light - upgrade sofa furnishings in living room they’re stained and tired - fix all double doors so they can both open Downsides - one bedroom has no privacy, being an access to another

Wonderful location, where our family of 5 could enjoy the beach just across the garden and the wonderful views from all windows on both sides! Kitchenware could have been slightly more, but the family was there to provide more at request! Very easy communication as well!

Esther's place was amazing - right on the ocean, comfortable and perfect place to detox from connected life with nothing to distract from just a lovely trip to the beach. My son (7) loved the outdoors and our 12 month old pup thoroughly enjoyed playing in the sea then lounging in the garden. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Wittering Beach but avoid the madness of the public beach car park!
