Fabulous unit. Everything was as described. We loved the extra little touches like towel animals and the snack basket.

We used this house as a launching point for trips to the GCNP, Page & Sedona. It was convenient for all of our area travels. It worked well for us (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) as each child (daughter, 17 & son, 12) had their own room. Kitchen was ample in size and fit our needs. Couch was nice/huge & fit all of us. All TV's were very nice and, as my son said, "huge!" He was sad to return to his "normal" size TV. It's located conveniently right off the interstate, however, close to a truck stop and train tracks. The heater worked very well but the house does not have 2 systems, one for upstairs and one for down. The stat was downstairs so the upstairs would get decently warm at times since heat rises. We would open windows to bring in the cooler air but then the truck/train noise was more noticeable. Overall, this did not cause much of an issue for us but wanted to let others know. It was a great value for us and we would rent here again, if we returned to the area.

This location was for ideal and close to stay by family location. We experienced small tweaks and recovered in timely manner. Overall, it was good and comfy location.

I stayed for the long weekend with my friends, we were planning on staying in a cooking for each other all weekend so we needed a nice kitchen with good utensils. I reached out to the host who said that they have everything we need. They didn’t have a lot of things we needed for cooking. They also didn’t have any sugar which was unfortunate. Also the walls between the neighbors are very very thin. If you’re loud then find another place. But all in all it was a nice stay.
