The minute we opened the door we were hit with a strong offensive odor like a damp locker room. This property has a mold & moisture problem. The carpets feel damp as though they were just cleaned but they have not been cleaned in a very long time. There are visible dirt stains in the traffic flow. The towels never dry in the bathroom. The property mgmt is minimalist. They offer exactly 1 bath, hand & face towel per person. There are no bath mats. We had to use our hand towel for this purpose. They do not have tissues and only 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. The hand soap & shampoo are in dispensers that work poorly and are low quality products. The kitchen & living room were clean & comfortable. The patio was a mess when we arrived. A tropical storm blew in the day before, leaving the patio covered in sand which they did not clean before our arrival. They have a strict 4 pm check in. We arrived at 3:56 & couldn’t get in until 4. We loved NH but wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved the location! The condo looks just like the photos. It had a nice large pool which we all enjoyed! The only downsides were that the carpets were wet for 2 days from the cleaning service shampooing the carpets, you only get (1) set of towels/washcloths for your entire stay, and I thought the unit had a washer/dryer in the unit. The condo does have a washer/dryer that is outside near the pool that you have to pay separately for. If I stay here again I will make sure to bring extra towels/washcloths.

This condo is really showing its age and could use a thorough deep clean. The screen and sliding glass doors were of poor quality and barely operable. At one point, the screen door came completely off its rails. The curtains in the master bedroom were dirty and one entire panel was missing. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were stained and dirty. The one-cup coffee maker was cheap and the bath towels thin and rough, not to mention sealed in plastic. For the excessive price, I expected more attention to detail. It was barely okay. Would not return to this rental.

This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and the location was excellent. Kees is very responsive and helpful, so you can't go wrong with this one.
