House was beautiful and very clean. Beach was an easy walk. Pool and hot tub were a big hit and enjoyed. Game room was also great. Highly recommend this house!

The house was amazing and the location couldn't have been better. I rented this house for myself, my daughter, my son-in-law and my 2 grandchildren ages 5 and 2. It had more than enough space and a reading nook that was really enjoyable with a great view of the ocean. The weather was extremely cold, but we made the best of it. We climbed the dunes at Jockeys Ridge, went to the Wright Brothers Memorial and museum, went to the aquarium and took a beautiful drive to Hatteras and Corolla. We flew kites on the beach which the kids really enjoyed. We walked to the little ice cream shop each night. Amazing ice cream. My only suggestion would be is for the owners to invest in a higher quality heater for the pool. One of the main reasons I chose this cottage was for the heated pool to entertain the kids knowing that the ocean would be much to cold. Sadly, we weren't able to enjoy the pool as it was frigid the entire time. That said, if I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!

We loved our stay at this house. The heated pool was wonderful. The views were fantastic. Plenty of space to stretch out. Was a great place to stay for a relaxing week at the beach!

There are several good things to say and only a couple of bad things. First with the good. The agency was easy to work with during booking and upon arrival. Due to Ophelia we had to interact a couple of additional times and I can say they were responsive. There are plenty of restaurants close by. You can walk to two ice cream shops which the grandkids liked. There are plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen is nice and roomy. The heated pool was a big hit with the grandkids and my children. It was nice to have a large table where we could all eat a meal together. The walk to the beach was short and easy to get to. Overall we really liked the house very much. On the negative side the internet coverage needs an upgrade. The signal is weak and it times out. Also if you have older guests there are 28 steps to climb to get from the lower level to the kitchen. One of the master bedrooms is also on the top floor. It can be a problem for older guests with no elevator in the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shore Dreamin’! The beach access was very close. We loved the sunset views over the sound. Pool was great for hanging around when we weren’t at the beach. Lots of space and comfy furniture. Definitely recommend this place to other families!
