We are a turn of the century retreat currently undergoing renovation. Those rooms that have been complete with with fresh paint, hardwood flooring and new pillow top mattresses, new cotton sheets and new plush towels. Bathrooms have been fully upgraded and offer walk in showers, new facilities and unique tiles. Each room offers kitchenettes and black out drapery. We designed each room to be unique yet all of them have the comforts of home. Come stay with us. We have an outdoor firepit, main lounge is open weekends from 8 am to 4 pm for relaxing, reading, grabbing a cup of coffee

We sit on 66 private acres. We have a bluestone quarry that is fun to hike, as well as incredible creeks, Streams and a fishing river right across from us.
In the town of Hancock NY you can find fun shops, dining and bars.
Walking the River is wonderful but we advise driving across the highway to do so. Most everything is accessible by car or short walk

I am an Interior designer based in Portland Oregon. I work all over however Los Angeles is a second home currently. We have a ranch in Joshua tree (Thera Ranch) which is listed. We are excited to share our latest venture, a 1960’s motel we have remodeled and are excited to present to you. Currently featuring 10 suites in upstate New York.
