这套4卧室房源设有2间全功能卫生间，位于安静的私密街区。它有一个大后院。这栋房子是新建的，有一个大厨房、炉灶/烤箱、洗碗机等。房源内设有免费的洗衣机和烘干机。距离康宁市中心仅4分钟车程，靠近星巴克、安全之路、塔可钟、各种餐厅，距离Rolling Hills赌场仅9分钟车程。有足够的停车位，可停放拖车。

Maria was very welcoming and always attentive if we needed anything. My family and I had a wonderful stay everything was as described very clean, spacious, private, and relaxing. We felt right at home, definitely recommend!

Maria’s place was an excellent choice for us…safe, clean, and conveniently located near Rolling Hills Casino and Equestrian Center.

This home is super clean and very well stocked. They even had things in the house for taking care of younger kids and babies, which you don’t see all the time. Beautiful property and the huge driveway was perfect for our U-Haul.
