We loved our time at Kim and Heathers cottage. Lovely views, peaceful setting, pleasant walks nearby, excellent pool, great hosts, and wonderful restaurants. We hope to be back!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful gite perfectly positioned for walks on peaceful tracks and lanes to stunning villages. Only 2 miles to the wonderful St Jean de Cole village with its burbling brook, historic restaurants. Also a short drive to Brantôme and Perigeaux. Our favourite late afternoon jaunt was 10 mins to the lake at Nantheuil for a swim off the beach in crystal clear waters. Kim was a great host- available when we needed anything and full of good advice about where to visit. Lovely gite to which we hope to return.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful area! Kim and Heather are great hosts who provided us with a nice cold bottle of wine upon arrival. The views are magnificent, the pool is very large and clean. The house was everything as it was described, perfect for our family of four. The region is a feast for foodies. Thanks again!

We received a very warm and friendly welcome - Kim & Heather were excellent hosts and we felt right at home. The cottage was perfect - very well equipped and set in a wonderful location with amazing views across the valley. We loved sitting outside until late watching the stars. There was lots to do in the area - loved Brantôme & Saint-Jean-de-Côle; also Hautefort chateau and village was very beautiful and enjoyable. We were very lucky with the weather- the best part of the day was coming back to the amazing pool to cool down in the afternoon. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in and alongside the water, again with the most wonderful views. We ran out of time to do everything we wanted in the area, so hopefully we will back again soon. Thanks Kim & Heather for your hospitality and an absolutely great holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage was perfect and the views from the patio and all the wildlife, made dining outside a delight. The pool was fabulous and perfectly clean. Kim and Heather were perfect hosts always available if needed but never intrusive and when we needed advice or help with the car always prepared to get involved. Their property is a credit to them both and in such a beautiful place with lots of enjoyable easy walking to neighbouring villages like St. John de Cole. Close to Thiviers for supermarkets and all the other great places like Brantome and Perigueux a short drive away. We'd love to return
