Excellent place. Host was very clear with instructions and the property was very well maintained and looked after. Great value for money.

We found everything spotless from the kitchen to the linen. It is a great location very close to the beach. The decoration is excellent as are the appliances and kitchen ware. However, it is a top floor flat and you have to walk up many flights for stairs. Fine for the young at heart but I would not recommend it to those who have locomotion issues.

Lovely little flat. We really enjoyed our stay, good amenities inside the flat. It’s a bit of a walk away from the main town centre of Hastings

Great cosy apartment, ideally located for sea views from both sides and easily walkable along the promenade to St Leonards, Hastings and Bexhill. Lovely touches like soft towels and a super comfy bed made it the perfect place for a winter getaway whatever the weather.
