Best view by far of all the AirBnBs we have stayed at Tahoe. Liked that all rooms were on the same floor. Great choice of appliances in the kitchen - they even had an Instant Pot!

The house and the views were beautiful but we had an unfortunate disturbance at night that I wish was handled better. Just before 5 am, we awoke to the smoke detector low battery alarm in one room. Even though it was a room down the hallway, we could hear it and we could not silence the detector for 8 hours so we had to find batteries and replace it. Definitely not a great experience to have when you want to have a good night's sleep before a day full of skiing. When I contacted Hauserman's rental group, they said they could not send someone over to check on the other smoke detectors (some of which were on very high ceilings that we could not access if the other detectors went off again) and they just offered an apology. We felt pretty disappointed by this outcome and don't know if we'd want to stay at any of their properties again because of this.

They call this cabin “Beautiful View” and that is an absolute understatement. I certainly experienced one of my top five sunrises in my life there, watching the sky above the lake come to life. As the house itself, it is really smartly designed, and spread the bedrooms around while having a great common area. it’s an impressive place that really makes you want to buy one like it for yourself because there’s really nowhere else you’d want to be in Tahoe
