Daphne nie jest gospodarzem tego miejsca, tylko pośrednikiem. Parę dni przed zameldowaniem pisaliśmy do niej, ale nikt nam nie odpowiedział. w ogłoszeniu podany jest zły numer telefonu i zły adres. Gdy w końcu odnaleźliśmy apartament dowiedzieliśmy się, że oni nic nie wiedzą o naszej rezerwacji oraz nie znają żadnej Daphne. Po kontakcie z Airbnb otrzymaliśmy gwarancję zwrotu pieniędzy i musieliśmy rodzic sobie na własną rękę. Stanowczo wszystkim odradzam, bo to SCAM!

Krásný čistý apartmán. Poloha na mapě a GPS souřadnice jsou uveřejněny špatně! Komunikace s Daphne příšerná, nebo spíše žádná!

The place is listed as close to the beach, which it is not. It is quite far from everything, including markets, restaurants and most important beaches. The staff on the premises is really friendly and welcoming. The place is well-kept and clean. Kitchen has the essentials so you can prepare a simple meal. You need to rent a towel for an additional charge and the bath soaps are not very skin friendly. Otherwise except the location it was a really nice stay.

In general we had a good stay. Our apartment was fine, we had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with living room and a terrace from where we had a nice view on the mountains and swimming pool. The host was always helpfull and reacted on time if we had any issue. Some of the good sides: area was beautiful and quiet, nearest neach 4mins by car, apartment was clean, comfy bed, clean swimming pool, terrace and cloth dryer was definitely a good thing! Bad sides: contact with the company was awful. The customer service team couldn't answer simply questions (when i was asking about the sea view apartment or if swimming pool is gonna be open etc), they have a few teams/companies from different things so to ask something i got a few emails, phone numbers which was really annoying. The towels i got had stains and one of the plates had some dirt on it. In the kitchen you have some cuttlery, pans etc but no coffee, tea, oil etc so you have to buy these things.

We were not aware this listing is hosted by a travel agency, which meant we had to deal with two communication channels, including outside of the air bnb platform. The apartment we stayed in did not match any on the pictures in the listing, eg we did not have a sofa. Despite the above, the actual service we received at the residence was friendly and helpful. The apartment is very basic but does the job as a base to explore this part of the island. Whilst a beautiful and quiet location, you do need a car to stay here as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance.
