Historic renovated house in the heart of the Center City Museum District. The Franklin Institute, Cathedral Basilica, Academy of Natural Sciences, Barnes Foundation, and Rodin Museum are all next to our Logan Square home. A couple more blocks and you can take a photo with Rocky at the Art Museum or City Hall and Love Park. Enjoy a bus tour and enjoy Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and the Betsy Ross House. Relax w a modern kitchen and a quiet back yard. 40 feet to large parking lot.

We had to scramble to find a new place to stay after being cancelled on by another property. Cory was very responsive in our outreach and we were able to get booked and let into the property within an hour. The responsiveness helped save our stay in Philly!
Great location with a very accommodating host.
This was a great place for family to stay while visiting over NYE in Phila- perfect for walking over to Mummer’s Parade and lots to do within a block! Tons of room and great kitchen- we ate home every night!

Logan Square is a fabulous Center City neighborhood in the heart of the Museum District. Please enjoy the house, but keep noise levels to a reasonable level. Speakers and loud music are not allowed in the property. Excessive noise is prohibited by the City of Philadelphia and violators are subject to fines and penalties.
There is a 24 hour public parking lot directly across the street. We recommend paying via mobile app to facilitate easy renewals as needed.
