I lost my phone connected to this account on the way down to the Airbnb. This was explained to the host Mike, who refused to communicate with me at all. Only Garrett had the sense to ask for ID verification, which would’ve been easy to obtain from the beginning, but Mike decided to make us wait four hours stranded not being able to check in because he didn’t want to take the extra step to verify my ID on another account, which is all he had to do. the proof is ready if this wants to be disputed. if you have any type of inconvenience on your way to this location and need to communicate on a different phone, good luck with this host and Airbnb customer service because you will be stranded. Cornhole board was broken, all other backyard activities were in a box soaking wet. Interior was a little dusty, but OK although the shower in bathroom connected to the bedroom did not drain well at all needs to be addressed it was kind of disgusting. In all Mike you dropped the ball with check in.
Great place. Proximity to every thing fun in New Orleans was awesome.
We stayed here for my friends bachelorette party. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of bathrooms and we all felt right at home. I would definitely rent this home again if I was going to New Orleans with the large group !
Enjoyed our stay, our family fit comfortably and appreciated the space!
